Il team viaggia verso New York, dove un serial killer sembra uccidere vittime casuali, senza nessun tipo di schema. Le indagini però conducono il team a capire che l'SI è in realà un giustiziere: uccide coloro che sono stati processati per un crimine e rilasciati ingiustamente.
